Data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form (name, organisation, organisation type, main need, email, phone and message) plus technical browsing data strictly necessary for the operation and security of the website.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to respond to commercial and technical enquiries, prepare proposals and maintain relationship records. Legal bases are consent and pre-contractual procedures (Brazilian LGPD, art. 7, I and V).
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal data. Sharing occurs only with infrastructure and email providers required for operations, under contractual confidentiality obligations, and with authorities when legally required. Contact data is retained for as long as needed for the commercial relationship and applicable legal obligations.
