Code of Ethics

The need for constant acculturation of employees has been one of the main reasons for employers losing labor lawsuits due to a lack of investment in or creation of mechanisms to guide their employees. An organizational code of conduct is an important instrument for aligning behaviors and expectations, guiding which actions employees should take and which to avoid, and balancing the company's stance towards its employees. This document contains the day-to-day rules that guide leaders, employees, and partners in their dealings with clients, suppliers, minority shareholders, and other market players, thus fostering organizational culture with best practices disseminated throughout each department, headquarters, and company branches. However, we observe that the absence of monitoring controls increasingly increases the risk to the organization's image.
