Through this channel, it is also possible to report to the administration complaints, suspicious or illegal acts, grievances, suggestions, and compliments related to the activities of Map&An Digital and Financial Services and/or Map&An Auditores Independentes LTDA.

The whistleblowing channel is the instrument used to detect any irregularities, such as non-compliance with ethical principles and internal company policies, control failures, internal and external fraud, money laundering (Law No. 9,613/1998), corruption (Law No. 12,846/2013) and other illegal acts or violations of current legislation.

The information received through this channel will be treated confidentially and impartially, and to guarantee anonymity and protection for the whistleblower, the identification fields are optional.

The complainant may follow up on the investigation of the complaint if the optional email or telephone registration field is filled in.
